For Conference Organizers
6 answersFirst visit our home page, click on the Add Event option. You have to follow some simple steps to add your upcoming event/conference to the website for free.
While adding a new event, you must provide important details about the event like date, place, and type of event, topic and deadline for submitting papers, contact person, and URL of the event website to the subscribers and website visitors.
The event will normally appear on our website within 24 hours after it is submitted and validated. We send a validation message to the organizer’s registered email address after an event is added.
We allow organizers to modify listed events so visitors receive current information. Organizers can make changes after signing in to their dashboard with their registered email address and password.
An organizer can list his upcoming events on our website without paying any fees. But each organizer can use his account to list up to 50 events per year.
