This is the third edition of the Cellular Agriculture International Conference, following earlier meetings in Helsinki and Aarhus. With each conference, the field has grown rapidly – and so has the need for spaces where researchers from different disciplines can meet, compare results, and discuss where cellular agriculture is advancing. This year, the conference is hosted by Lund University, in the Lund City Hall. Lund and Skåne is a dynamic region for biotechnology and food research, with strong collaboration between research and industry.
